The story centers on Kyoutaro Ichikawa, a high school student who appears to be ordinary, but in his heart dreams of murder. So it’s no surprise to him that the one he wants to kill the most is never far from his mind: class idol Anna Yamada.
Reading alone in his beloved school library, he inadvertently begins to run into Yamada, who comes to secretly gorge himself on sweets and treats. Through her interactions, Ichikawa finds out just how dumb Yamada is and can’t help but support her from the sidelines of her. Meanwhile, Yamada herself can’t help but tease Ichikawa relentlessly due to her nervous reactions.
