BTS will premiere docuseries on Disney + by 2023


“Monuments: Beyond the Star” is the name of the documentary series of the k-pop band BTS. The production will hit the Disney + platform next year, Billboard reported.

The program will include never-before-seen footage of their musical debut, as well as how they rose to the global stardom that the performers of “butter«. The audiovisual material that makes up this project dates from the nine-year career of the musical group.

In its description, “Monuments: Beyond the Star” promises that fans will have “unprecedented access” to their idols. In addition, they emphasize that the production will follow “the incredible trajectory of the pop icons of the 21st century”, and that “it will also serve as a glimpse into the daily life of each one, as well as their ideas while they plan the second chapter of their career” .

Jung Kook, one of the members, revealed his expectations about this project: “I hope they find facets of us that they have never seen before.”

Last July the artists announced a musical break as a group, since then they have worked on solo projects.

Kook, for example, appeared at the opening ceremony of the World Cup in Qatar, and RM is about to release his first solo album “Indigo” on December 2. Suga, Jimin, Jin, V and J-hope complete the musical group.
