The Argentine star and recent world champion with Argentina, Lionel Messiand the brand new signing of the Saudi Al Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo, they will see their faces again in a friendly between PSG and the Riyadh Season Team this Thursday January 19 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

CR7 will be the captain of the Riyadh Season Teammade up of a selection of players from Al Nassr, where the Portuguese plays, and from Al Hilal, another of the great teams from Saudi Arabia.

The table is made up of other stars from the Arab country’s league, like the attacker Salem al Dawsari, the star of the Saudi Arabian team during the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Likewise, the team will be directed by the Argentine coach Marcelo Gallardo, who was on the Argentine River Plate bench between 2014 and 2015.

On behalf of PSG, the usual stars of the Parisian team will jump onto the pitch, where their lethal trident made up of Neymar Jr., Kylian Mbappé and Messiwho has starred in a great rivalry for almost two decades on the pitches of Europe with Cristiano Ronaldo.

In this way, Messi will return to Saudi Arabia, the country of which he was named tourist ambassador last year and amid rumors about a possible multi-million dollar transfer of the Argentine to a club of the Arab monarchy.

The match between the Riyadh Season Team will be held in Riyadh this Thursday, January 19, starting at 8:00 p.m. local time (5:00 p.m. GMT).
