  • Recognize and seize opportunities to increase revenue by deepening customer relationships by recommending Synovus products and services.
  • Explore options with customers to find the best products and services for current and long-term banking needs.
  • Stay up to date with Synovus policy, products and procedural changes.
  • Continually increase knowledge of products and services offered by Synovus through self-motivation, formal education, seminars, and available internal training.
  • Work to exceed customer expectations and quality and productivity standards.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
