This morning a video shared via TikTok has gone viral because it shows a lady showing her homophobia against an LGBTTTIQ+ couple who were hugging outside the Temple of Carmen in the city of Toluca.
In the clip, the woman can be seen spraying the couple with “holy water” from a spray bottle and asking them to leave the site because they were committing “immoral acts.”
“Protect us and with your sword defend us. Get out or I’ll call 911 right now… ”, the woman who showed her intolerance to the couple made up of two men can be heard saying.
The verbal attacks did not stop and the woman continued to “protect” the temple, calling the authorities to “remove” them.
“We don’t want them to be inside the Lord’s house; This is from Satan. We have been fighting so that they do not come here to do their immoral acts”, the homophobic lady continued commenting.
During her conversation with the authorities, the lady, who declared herself pro-life, also made xenophobic comments since she even questioned whether they were from the country.
“They come from other depraved countries to teach immorality to the youth here,” the call is heard saying.
The couple remained calm in the face of these verbal attacks and responded that they were not doing anything wrong. They also answered that there are things that are really bad like stealing.
