At the end of June of this year it was reported that Jon Bon Jovi had received $22 million for a luxurious apartment he had in New Yorkdays later it was said that the happy buyer had been former Disney president Mike Ovitz.

Now, Ovitz and his partner Tamara Mellon have put the property up for sale again. It is known that the residence entered the real estate market at a cost of $25 million dollarswhich means an increase of $3 million in just under six months.

This increase also coincides with the profit that Jon Bon Jovi received, since the musician paid only $18.94 million dollars for the place in 2017.

For the moments it is not known if Ovitz and Mellon lived at this location at any timeif they were disenchanted with the property after the purchase or if from the beginning they thought of it as an investment that they will recover with profits.

The apartment is located in the Greenwich Lane building located in Greenwich Village, New York. It has a total extension of 3,951 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, four bathrooms, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, office and other amenities.

One of the most striking features of this property are its large floor-to-ceiling windows, from which you have a stunning view of Manhattan and the Hudson River.

The kitchen featuring walnut paneled cabinets, lead gray countertops, center island and high end appliances.

As is common in New York luxury buildings, this offers various services such as 24-hour maintenance staff, center lawn, residents’ lounge, dining room with chef’s kitchen, a 21-seat movie theater, a common-use fitness center with a 75-foot pool, jacuzzi, steam, golf simulator and treatment rooms.
