The lefty will turn 35 in March. He went on the disabled list twice last season, but Kershaw himself explained that he felt fine and that he will take the necessary time to prepare for the next season of the Major Leagues.
“I feel good, really healthy,” he said. “SI will be able to take my time and prepare. It will be like a normal offseason between seasons.”
