The singer Rauw Alejandro and the Spanish group Space Surimi They sealed peace in a videoconference, after the coincidences between two of their songs were known, which led to suspicion of possible plagiarism.

Now, both sides attribute it to a “big coincidence.” The members of Space Surimiwho accused the Puerto Rican of plagiarism, revealed in a statement that they all spoke “without any malice, and from artist to artist,” as stated on the Spanish duo’s social networks.

In that videoconference, of which they shared a screenshot, the musicians “have had a good time talking about music, influences and other moves, but, above all, about the controversy of recent days.”

This revolved around the great similarities between “Saturno”, one of the songs from the latest album by the Puerto Rican reggaeton singer, and the song “Follow the Linier” by the Spanish duo.

“Speaking with him, he showed us that his project and ours have been a great coincidence,” said Space Surimi, and “the controversy is resolved by both parties.”
