Last Wednesday, November 30, the election of the Mister Universe Venezuela 2022 was held, a title won by Ricardo Navas, representative of the state of Lara.
The honor roll was completed by Juan Manuel Leal (Zulia), who managed to be Mister Universe World Venezuela 2022; George Savón (Sucre) in the position of Mister Universe International Venezuela 2022; while Roger Urbina (Amazonas) and Eduar Zabala (Aragua) reached the positions of third and fourth finalists, respectively.
The occasion was propitious to pay tribute to the Swedish group ABBA for its 50-year career in an opening, which served for the audience to see the aspirants for the beauty title in action.
With choreography by Brian Urea, the opening of the event included the participation of the champions of the 2021 edition, Fernando Festoso, César Ricardo Aguilera, Luís Miguel Medina and Juan Diego Fuenmayor, together with the youth actors Diana Posada, Valentina Suárez, Carlos Ramos Jr. and Mario Colina, accompanied by the Gran Ballet de Experience Estudio de Danza.

Then it went on to a central production inspired by the Soccer World Cup, going through musical hits from 1990 to 2022, with the special participation of Rosangel Requena, finalist for Miss Venezuela 2021; Samir Gallardo Viceroy Universal 2022; Christopher González, National Freestyle Soccer Champion; the champions of the 2021 edition, accompanied by the contenders for the 2022 title and the Organisation’s ballet.
Subsequently, the official swimsuit and casual parades were presented, yielding the result of the top 15 semifinalists where the representatives of Miranda, La Guaira, Delta Amacuro, Bolívar, Carabobo, Costa Oriental, Monagas, Distrito Capital, Yaracuy and Mérida joined. .
The special titles of the night fell on the Capital District (Best Body), Yaracuy (Top Model), Lara (Champion’s Smile), Delta Amacuro (Talent), Sucre (Best Partner), Carabobo (Mister Evolution), Monagas (Mister Overcoming ), Amazonas (Mister Integral), Federal Dependencies (Photogenic), Zulia (Mister Photopose), Mérida (Mister Personality), Aragua (Mister Press), Delta Amacuro (Chico Korpoface), Aragua (Chico White Light), Sucre (Chico A1 Fitness Center), Lara (Mister Elegance by Jesús Morales), Zulia (Mister Interactive) and Cojedes (Artistic Development).
Evening that paid off for everything
At the same time, there was an emotional tribute and recognition to Samir Gallardo, Mister Universe Venezuela 2020, who recently achieved the position of Viceroy Universal 2022 at Mister Universe International 2022, held in Panama, and among many surprises for this talent, the President of the Organization, Alberto Maneiro, officially announced the appointment of Gallardo as Vice President of the Mister Universe Venezuela Organization.
As Maneiro let it know, they fulfilled their promise by managing to carry out three editions in a year and a half, since in August 2021 the 2020 Gala was held, then in June of this year they gave way to the contest corresponding to the 2021 edition and the event of the last night the champion of the year 2022 was chosen.
