Brady finished 36 of 54 passing (15 of 21 in the fourth quarter) and handed the last one to rookie Rachaad White, who received and reached the goal line with just three seconds left.
Brady was 20 of 32 in the fourth periodwhen his Bucs seemed doomed, but at that moment the former New England Patriots quarterback brought out his competitive soul.
He led his team 57 yards to Cade Otton’s touchdown and the aggressive Bucs defense forced the Saints fourth down. on the fast track to put the ball back in Brady’s hands.
