According to Ferka, everything happened when he was going to meet Christian so he could see his son, however, Estrada “ambushed him with a false lawyer” and decided to take the minor.
“It is Saturday, 2 in the afternoon with 24 minutes. I am going to the ministry 59 which is the family member, that of the minors. I am here with an officer, with my lawyer and with my mother ”, is how the complaint that Ferka made in her Instagram stories began.

“I made an appointment with him at 10 in the morning and he ambushed me with a fake lawyer. The lawyer ALAN physically assaulted me. I have witnesses, ”Ferka pointed out and before the video was cut off and she did not give more information about it, she said:“ I called two patrol cars. Mr. Christian Estrada has not wanted to give me my son. He arrived with a ministry agent who did not identify himself with me.”
For now, María Fernanda Quiroz does not know the whereabouts of the child and he has not spoken again on his networks about the situation.
Earlier this month, the news of their separation broke, the main cause of the break being emotional abuse, according to Ferka.
The actress also said on the “Hoy” program that she had started a legal process to see who will keep custody of the child.
