The present of the Mexican National Team is not the best. Eliminated from the Qatar 2022 World Cup and with an entire environment attacking the Federation’s board of directors and mainly against coach Gerardo ‘Tata’ Martinothe main point of what is assured is a complete failure, taking into consideration that El Tri had as goal to reach the fifth game (quarterfinals) of the tournament.
In this sense, the voices and accusations accumulate, mainly from the press. One of those has been the Fox Sports journalist, Gustavo Mendozawhich through its space on the television station called for the Mexican television stations Televisa and TV Azteca to stop supposedly deciding who presides over the Mexican Football Federation (FMF).

The sports journalist, immediately afterwards, went directly to Emilio Azcarraga, owner of Televisa and Club América: “Now realize it! He has managed us in the last World Cups and he has not taken us anywhere. We are in the worst participation of Mexico in a World Cup since 1978.
After drawing against Poland on the first date, losing 0-2 against Argentina in the second, on the last date Mexico was able to defeat its similar Saudi Arabia by a score of 2-1, which in the end did not help them since in the goal average tie-breaker was the Poles who finished best (0) while El Tri finished in (-1).
