Ángela Aguilar, a singer of regional Mexican music, spoke about reggaeton, a few days after launching her ‘Jaripeo to the bones’ tour.

In an interview with ‘El Gordo y la Flaca’, a program broadcast by Univision, he spoke about this project and also about whether he would venture into other musical genres such as urban music.

“I believe that there is a lot of music that is a little disrespectful, vulgar and returning to the topic of boleros, this music is universal for all those who like love, who share this feeling so beautiful that it is not necessary to use vulgarities or different words ”said.

Then, she answered Tanya Charry if she would like to make reggaeton songs and the artist stated that she would, but there were no profanities in the lyrics.

The Colombian journalist said in the program that she asked Ángela Aguilar if she would be willing to do a duet with Bad Bunny and she answered yes, but as long as the lyrics did not contain obscene phrases or words.

Before talking about this topic, Pepe Aguilar’s daughter spoke about the tour that they are about to launch: “It is a product for the whole family, and more than anything there are 20 dates in the United States where we are going to honor Mexico, its traditions, to the Day of the Dead, which is something super emblematic of Mexico and we are going to include a horse, and we are bringing bulls, mariachis, a band, many things for the whole family,” he stated.

Tanya Charry asked the young woman what makes this show different from the others and she answered: “From the set design to the song selection. Obviously I’m going to tell you, my dad is never going to stop singing ‘Por mujeres que tú’, because you are going to go see him to see how he sings ‘Por mujeres como tú’, but apart from that my dad made a program that called ‘Mexican to the bones’ and it was a tribute to death and to music that talks about death.”

The singer then spoke about the nomination she has at the Latin American Music Awards 2024. “Never in my life had I even thought about the possibility of having that nomination. So when I found out I said ‘oh, it’s not true, I don’t think so, really.’ And suddenly I see and see the category and I say ‘well, no, I’d better stay in my house.’
