Juan Manuel Márquez’s rivals were not demanding
Rigoberto Álvarez considers that “Dinamita” Márquez did not get into the ring with the best of his time. In fact, Canelo’s brother considers that the only boxer he faced at a high level was Manny Pacquiao and he defeated him suffering.
“He says that he fought with the best and I want to know who were the best that he fought with, the only one was Pacquiao with a fluke knockout because if he doesn’t catch it in that round the fight is gone, he already had everything hit. He fought with Mantecas Medina who was already a gentleman, he has fought with several who were already on their way out“he added.
In this sense, Rigoberto supported his brother’s rival by considering that Munguía is a fighter who can cause problems for Canelo. This fight will take place on May 4 in Las Vegas.
“Munguía has looked very mature lately, he is very solid, so it is going to be a careful, knockout fight. Saúl has to prepare very well. It’s a great fight, he is expected to be electrifying,” he explained.
