A report by the publisher Square Enix announced that the Slice of Life manga and romantic comedy «Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta» (The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses) will have an anime series adaptation, which is scheduled to air in Japan later this year. Also, to commemorate this great news, Koume Fujichika (author of the manga) shared a special illustration starring the characters Kaede Komura Y ai mie.
In addition, the public was presented with a official Web site for the anime adaptation of the manga Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta where a countdown has begun its march and will come to an end in 18 days (January 31).
At the moment there is not much information about the anime Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasuretabut it is expected that when the countdown ends, new details about its production will be released.
Suki na Ko ga Megano wo Wasureta (The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses) is a manga that is written and illustrated by Koume Fujichikawho initially published his work through his personal Twitter account in April 2018. However, in November 2018, the publisher Square Enix began publishing the manga physically through his monthly magazine gangan joker.
Currently, the publisher Square Enix published 9 compiled volumes of the manga Suki na Ko ga Megano wo Wasureta and on its official website I confirm that the compiled volume #10 will be released in stores in Japan on January 20 of this year.
