A woman in the United States sued a son of rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs for sexual assault, at a time when the artist is being investigated for sex trafficking and accumulates several complaints of abuse.
As reported this Friday by NBC, which had access to the lawsuit filed in a Los Angeles court, the plaintiff, Grace O’Marcaigh, accuses Christian “King” Combs, 26, of sexual assault, harassment and emotional harm.
The complainant indicates that the events occurred in December 2022, when she was working on a yacht rented by Diddy, whom she also denounces for civil liability and complicity in the alleged assault.
The woman, who was 25 years old at the time, claims that, on the yacht, she witnessed parties attended by alleged sex workers and celebrities and in which there were a lot of drugs.
O’Marcaigh also suspects that the bottles of alcohol on the boat had drugs in them, because after having a drink “the women began to fall over themselves, panic or faint.”
According to the young woman, Diddy’s son arrived on the yacht on December 28, 2022 to record a song in the ship’s studio and, apparently intoxicated, pressured her to take several shots of tequila and touched her private parts without her consent.
Moments later, the woman details that Combs took off his clothes, grabbed her by the arms and tried to force her to perform oral sex on him, until another person entered the room.
According to NBC, the lawsuit includes audio recordings in which the woman can be heard rejecting Combs while he gropes her, as well as a photograph of O’Marcaigh’s forearm with bruises, which the defendant would have caused.
The young woman claims that after the events she suffered anxiety and panic attacks and had suicidal thoughts, and also states that the emotional tension affected her physical health, developing an eating disorder and epileptic seizures; Therefore, she asks for compensation for damages, although she does not specify her amount.
In recent months, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued four times for sexual assault, and is currently facing an investigation for sex trafficking.
