For four years the billionaire Jeff Bezos is building a dream mansion in Beverly HillsCalifornia. Owning it has brought her some headaches, but everything seems to indicate that she is very close to being completely ready.
‘Daily Mail’ recently shared aerial photos showing how the residence valued at $175 million dollars.
In the new photos you can see the main house ready, although no details of the interior can be seen. It is also seen that a tennis court, basketball court, a reef-type pool, terrace and other advances in the green areas have been installed outside.
We must remember that in April of last year Bezos and his work team had to stop the construction of the place because he did not have the necessary permits to carry out some of the plans he had in mind. “Construction has halted on Jeff Bezos’ mega-mansion in Beverly Hills as his request to expand the property by more than 15,000 square feet is pending approval,” the ‘New York Post’ wrote at the time.
Finally In May construction began againalthough it is not known whether or not this restart included the permissions for which it was initially paralyzed.
The construction of this property has undoubtedly taken time for the Amazon founder, as he purchased the 10-acre lot in 2020.
It must be remembered that while that property has been in the process of construction, Bezos on the other hand announced his official move from Seattle to Miami. It is not known what his intention is with the Beverly Hills house, but it undoubtedly becomes a perfect piece in his million-dollar real estate portfolio.
The announcement of the move came shortly after the businessman invested thousands of dollars in two large properties located in Indian Creek, Florida. The first mansion he bought in the area cost $68 million dollars and it is a mansion built in the 60s on a 2.8 acre lot.
For the second property he paid $79 million dollars. The media says that the residence is right next to the 2.8-acre one and is a house built in 2000. Everything seems to indicate that it will join both lots, tear down the existing houses and develop a new residential complex.
