The rapper Nicki Minaj apologized to a crowd of fans who gathered outside her hotel in Manchester over the weekend, after being forced to postpone a concert due to an arrest for possession of “soft drugs” in Amsterdam.

The “Starships” singer offered those words to her followers after having spent nearly 6 hours in a jail in the capital of the Netherlands after being detained at Schiphol airport.
Minaj, 41, was scheduled to perform at Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena on Saturday night. However, she was forced to postpone the concert after being arrested in Amsterdam for alleged drug possession.
