After surprising more than 40 thousand people with his surprising concert in Times SquareNew York, as part of the promotion of his new album “Women Don’t Cry Anymore”, Shakira is preparing to reach thousands more people with the launch of the same show through the streaming platform ViX next March 30.
It is worth remembering that after the reveal of her twelfth album in her career, the Colombian announced her presentation at the iconic New York site just a few hours before the start and through her social networks.
Despite this, just over 40 thousand people arrived at Times Square to listen and see the South American while she performed various songs from her new album material as well as some classic songs from her long career.
How to see Shakira’s concert in Times Square?
After the successful presentation of Shakiraand as part of the “aggressive” promotional campaign for the new album, it was revealed that the Times Square concert would reach the platform of ViX with a variety of details not seen in the show on March 26.
It is worth mentioning that the concert a few days ago was broadcast for free through the official channel of Shakira in Youtube. This video already has, so far, more than 2 million views in just under 2 days.
“Shakira from Times Square”, the official name of the concert, will also feature a variety of exclusive behind-the-scenes images of the show, the behind-the-scenes actions, rehearsals, details as well as the logistical process to carry out the show.
The special is produced by the music streaming platform Uforia as well as by the chain TelevisaUnivision and can be seen starting at midnight on March 30 (3:00 ET).

Although the post does not directly or officially mention the places where the Colombian will perform, in the video you can see images of the cities of NY, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro and Bogota.
