In the 2:14 min clip you can see how dozens of students dressed in white were leaning on some steps that were installed in the Faculty of Stomatology of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí (UASLP), according to the instructions given to them by a man wearing a black t-shirt and brown pants and a young woman wearing a white t-shirt and black pants, when suddenly a sound was heard as if something “thundered.”
Immediately afterwards, the stands collapsed, causing several students to fall.
During the noise, some students who were sitting in chairs, upon hearing the screams, turned to see their classmates and some of them moved to help them.

According to reports, the accident, which occurred on the morning of March 19, left at least nine students injured, who would have been transferred to the IMSS Cuauhtémoc clinic in accordance with optional medical insurance.
And it would have originated because the structure did not support the weight of the students on them.
While the University distanced itself from the incident, arguing that it was an external company that placed the structures that collapsed, however, they detailed that the situation will be thoroughly investigated.
