Adamari López mentioned that, despite having a good salary at Telemundo, the uncertainty of not knowing when she would return to work or if she would have a stable job affected her emotionally and financially. Additionally, she had to learn to manage her finances more carefully and look for new job opportunities to stay afloat.
Furthermore, like any person, López also has expenses and responsibilities that he must cover, such as paying for his house, his bills, and taking care of his daughter. Therefore, the financial situation of a famous person does not always guarantee that they will not have financial worries.
“When I finished the contract with Telemundo at some point I thought: ‘Do I have to sell my house? Do I have to reduce expenses?’ Because I didn’t know if I was going to find a job quickly or not,” he mentioned in a new episode of ‘Ada y Chiqui Show’.
“That distressed me a lot because for me, the main thing, more than the house, is that I live in a very nice house and that I really like, the house that I dreamed of, but My biggest concern at this moment is that I can afford to pay for the girl’s school.“He added while he was talking to his comadre Chiquibaby.
Emotionally, the pressure of maintaining a lifestyle he had built over years, without the security of a stable job, also affected his well-being. Although from the outside it seems that his financial problems were easier to cope with due to his celebrity status, the reality is that we all face financial and emotional challenges regardless of our social position.
The television host of Puerto Rican origin added: “Maybe you think that someone has enough money to give you enough to live the rest of your life, The reality is that in my case we have to keep working. I live well, I work for that, to have the lifestyle I like, but it’s not like I have money to throw away. I was very worried about when I could get a job that would continue to provide me with the financial solvency to pay for basic things, the house where I live, the car and the girl’s school, with food expenses and what all that entails.
