American actor and director Colman Domingo now owns an impressive modern-style mansion located in MalibuCalifornia. It is known that Domingo paid $4.4 million dollars for the place.
Without a doubt the actor, popularly known for playing Victor Strand in the series ‘Fear The Walking Dead’, managed to find a great discount for the property. This residence originally went on the market for $6.4 million dollarsbut the lack of interested parties caused its price to be lowered to the amount the actor paid.
This residence is built on a one acre lot and It was originally built in the 70’s. However, in recent years renovations have been made that keep the place standing and updated.
The main house was built with steel and glass. It has an area of just under 4,000 square feet. Distributed in three bedrooms, several bathrooms, hallway, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
From the interior it is worth mentioning its white porcelain floors, high ceilings, large floor-to-ceiling windows, floating staircase and more. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances that stand out among the custom cabinets and white quartz countertops.
