Dayanara Torrestelevision presenter and actress, was a guest on the Univision program ‘Desiguales’, in which she spoke about various topics in her life, including her romantic situation.
Adamari López asked his countrywoman if she is happier being single and she answered: “I’m single and I’m happy, I don’t know if I’m happier, but I’m happy with my life, I don’t worry about those things.”
In this sense, he stated: “May the right person arrive at the perfect time.”
Upon hearing this, Adamari López replied: “Each stage has its moment of happiness at the moment of truth.”
One of the first messages that the former beauty queen gave was about how she has assumed her life, after having experienced difficult situations such as cancer.
“I’m happy to be here, thank you for inviting me and being able to tell you about these projects, but I think the important thing is not to give up, look, strong things have happened to me in my life, but I find happiness wherever, I wake up, with strength, I do not give up, I think that is something that perhaps my father taught me since I was little, we do not give up, that is not an option,” she stated.

The Puerto Rican spoke about the ‘Laboratory of Happiness’, which started with a doctor named Laurie Santos and now they will begin to do it in Spanish.
“This happiness class became so successful that they had to put it on the internet, on a podcast, because so many people were benefiting and we are doing it in Spanish because we believe that it is important for all Latinos to understand these things,” he commented.
Dayanara said that many think that happiness comes when you win the lottery, get a mansion or a partner, but she believes that it is a concept that is really fulfilled by what one does.
“Easy advice, I wake up every morning grateful, just thinking about all the things I have, how can I not be happy about that? My children, my family, health, especially, look, I have experienced many,” she added.
He assured that happiness is sought because you have to find the reasons that help you continue.
