Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a call center representative,

  • You must reside within the US.
  • Agree to work on Pacific time.
  • Spanish speaking required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior formal education on call center best practices is preferred.
  • Tech Savy: Familiarity with call center software and willingness to adapt to new technology.
