The awards Latin American Music Awards 2024, held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, offered attendees and viewers a night full of energy, world premieres, unique collaborations and exciting tributes.
The top winners of the event were Karol G and Feidwho won 6 awards each. Karol G won Artist of the Year and Song of the Year, while Feid stood out in the Collaboration of the Year and Streaming Artist of the Year categories. Shakira and Young Miko They followed suit by receiving 3 prizes each.
Led by Thalia, Becky G, Alejandra Espinoza and Carlos Ponce, the gala had memorable moments where there were special recognitions to the iconic Venezuelan singer-songwriter Ricardo Montaner and the Mexican music group MS bandwho were awarded the Latin AMA Legacy special recognition. Finally, the audience enjoyed unparalleled performances by Danny Ocean, Morat, Ryan Castro, Chino Pacas, Gabito Ballesteros, Yng Lvcas, Venesti alongside Nacho and DJ and producer Milo Beat, and the newly married couple Jay Wheeler and Zhamira, who together they presented their song “Extrañandorte”.
