In the official report of the Disciplinary Commission released through a statement, it stated the following: “This commission has decided to sanction the player Nahuel Ignacio Guzmán Palomeque of Club Tigres with an 11-game suspension, a financial fine and hours of social work. for the conduct shown during the aforementioned match that violates the FMF Sanctions Regulations.”

The punishment of Nahuel Guzmán was based on the following articles of the FMF Sanctions Regulations:

“Contravene the principles of sportsmanship and “Fair Play”, through actions and/or mockery towards the Match Officials, the Players, the employees or Directors of the Affiliated Clubs, the FMF Authorities or the public in attendance.”

Article 18 paragraph h)

“Failure to diligently comply with the provisions of the Match Officials.”

Article 18 paragraph i)

“Inciting the public to carry out inappropriate, aggressive or vandalistic acts against any person.

Article 18 paragraph j)

“Carrying out inappropriate conduct”

Article 71 paragraph b)

“Carry out conduct that is detrimental to “Fair Play”, sport, fair play and federated football in general”
