Cuban actress Niurka Marcos He denied having sacrificed animals for Santeria rituals. This after photos of her were released in a dog shelter in Yucatán, Mexico. On social networks they indicated that the artist went to the place in search of the animals to allegedly use them for religious purposes.
Due to all the commotion that was generated, the artist explained that this is not true.
In statements with the program ‘De Primera Mano’, the star said: “I didn’t know that dogs were sacrificed in my religion, but you have to have a very cold soul, guys, there in the studio, you have to have a very rotten conscience for you to think of inventing such stupidity without evidence, because we are living in a time where I spend my time on Instagram and they see the number of images of dogs that I upload because obviously I am supporting reporting, and anyone who asks for support I give it to them.”

He added that he will be waiting for the “couple of stupid people” who spread it to show the evidence.
“It seems like the most mediocre stupid thing in the world to me because you can say whatever you want, but what about the proof? Show me,” she commented.
Niurka Marcos said that the most dangerous thing about all this is that there are manipulable people who do not wait to hear the other side of the story to create another opinion.
“Imagine the number of people who began to give their opinion, taking it for granted. Tomorrow they say that Niurka has a lesbian girlfriend, they have never seen him and Niurka is already a lesbian. “She is an example, or any person, it is not about Niurka, it is about what is most scary is the influence and how manipulable many people can be,” he indicated.
He assured that he will be campaigning against those who claimed that he sacrificed dogs. “The asshole has to have some proof to say such a thing,” she said.
The Cuban stated that they have defamed her many times, but what she regrets most is that they said this about the owner of the dog shelter, because she believes that she did not deserve this, since she does important work for dogs.
