Ricardo Casares, host of the program ‘Venga la Alegría’, suffered a heart attack this Monday shortly after going on air.
They shared the news on the television show, announcing that despite what happened, Casares is in stable health.

For his part, Sergio Sepúlveda explained that despite the scare they experienced, his partner was treated in time.
“First, inform the entire Venga la Joy family that Ricardo Casares is fine, but we did have a major scare. Very early when we arrived here at the canal, a little before 8 in the morning, he had intense pain in his chest, the truth is, the first thing those of us who were close to him thought, we thought it was a gastric situation, some attack. reflux; However, things began to get a little complicated, we were in time to transfer him to the nearest hospital,” he commented.
In addition to this he said: “Ricky is out of danger, that’s what they just told us a moment ago, he did have to undergo surgery, they had to do a catheterization, because everything indicated that he had a blocked artery and this indicated a heart attack.” .
Sepúlveda added that his partner was accompanied by his family. “So far, his family is with him, his sister, his mother and father, colleagues from the production, we have also been on the lookout,” he said.
Near the end of the program, the presenter revealed details of the surgery that Casares underwent.
“We are able to tell you that he came out of surgery a few minutes ago and they tell us that he is stable, he will be under observation and if there is anything else to report, we will tell you, but for the moment we ask for your prayers, your support, your “good energy to Ricardo Casares, but I insist, everything indicates that he is fine,” he commented.
