The singer Sean “Diddy” Combs faces a new controversy. Now his son Christian “King” Combs is also the main defendant in a lawsuit for sexual assault. According to sources from People magazine, this is an event that occurred aboard a yacht during a party.
Grace O’Marcaigh alleges the singer’s son sexually assaulted her while she was an employee on a yacht. In a new complaint filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by People, the woman accuses him of sexual assault, sexual harassment and causing emotional distress while working on a boat rented by the rapper during a trip in late December 2022.
O’Marcaigh said in the filing that she was 25 years old at the time and worked as a hostess on the yacht, providing dinner and drink service to guests from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. During her shift, she said she saw a “constant rotation of sex workers” and celebrities doing drugs. She also claimed in the complaint that on December 28, 2022, Christian boarded the yacht to record with music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, (who also filed a lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual assault). He alleged that when Diddy’s son came aboard, he was “very intoxicated” and paid special attention to him.
O’Marcaigh claims in the complaint that the musician pressured her to take a shot of tequila and, after she took the drink, he became aggressive and tried to get her to drink more. He said he “quickly suspected” that the tequila had been adulterated, after previously witnessing other women fall and pass out after one drink, and began to fear its effects. She claimed that things then “escalated” and Christian allegedly he started groping her.
The complaint states that producer Jones recorded audio recordings (two of which were reviewed by NBC News) in which O’Marcaigh is heard “refusing alcohol, saying she had to leave and asking Christian Combs to stop touching her.” ”. O’Marcaigh stated for the record that he was eventually able to leave the studio and attempted to return to his duties. However, Christian found her later that night and insisted that she find him a place to sleep inside the boat. When she took him to the area where the famous rapper’s son could have rested, he began to grope her again.
She alleges that he had “grabbed her arms” and was trying to “force her to perform oral sex on him.” To reinforce her testimony, she included in her presentation photographs of bruises on her arms that she claimed were caused by Christian, when he was holding her. O’Marcaigh said that fought him until someone else entered the room.
He added that he complained to the yacht’s captain the next day, but claimed he did not believe him and did not investigate the incident. He also claimed that he retaliated against her until she was let go a few months after her, in May 2023. Following her termination from her employment, he claimed in the lawsuit that her mental health deteriorated and that he suffered from anxiety, panic attacks and severe suicidal ideation. He also claimed that she developed an eating disorder and epileptic seizures as a result of the incident.
