The Dominican plastic surgeon, presenter, writer and model Tania Medina is the owner of an impressive house in Santo DomingoDominican Republic.
Medina recently toured the property for Rene Castillo’s YouTube channel. First he showed her his luxurious apartment, and then They visited the large three-story house that is still under construction.
According to Castillo, The property cost almost $1 million dollars. and it seems that he has invested that same amount in turning the place into the home of his dreams.
You can see that the property is located on an exclusive gated street where there are only three houses. Although the place is not finished yet, Medina was in charge of explaining where everything will be in her new home.
The most impressive thing at the moment is its high ceilings and glass doors on a good part of the walls. Medina and her four children will even be able to enjoy an elevator that connects the four floors of the house.
At the moment, one of the most finished spaces is one of the bedrooms, which already has a closet equipped with custom-made shelves and also a spa-like bathroom with a large double shower.
Although not much was shown, it is assumed that the property also offers green areas and enough space to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends.
Medina believes that it is better to rebuild a house than to adapt the space that already exists to one’s own tastes, since the second option is usually more limiting. The architect is in charge of the renovation of the mansion in Evelyn Vargas.
For now we have to wait for the construction to finish to see the final result.
