American actor Matthew Perry bought a large mansion in Hollywood Hills, California, shortly before he died. Now, the residence has entered the real estate market for $5.19 million dollars.
Perry bought this residence in July of last year for $5 million dollars. What all the specialized media assure is that the actor bought this residence as a simple investment in the city, where he invested for many years.
The actor died on October 28, three months after purchasing the residence. Perry was found dead in his Pacific Palisades home..
