His name was Arnoldo,” the girl said and immediately the musicians began to play the chords of the song.

Alex de Maná remembers what he did with his first salary

Although Maná has more than two decades of artistic career, Alex González remembers that before becoming one of the most recognized groups in Mexico and Latin America, each of its members did a simple job to earn their first pesos and reveals what was that it was his turn.

In an interview with “El Show De Piolín”, The band’s drummer pointed out that he was always a lover of gardening, so as a boy he was in charge of cutting the grass at both his house and those of his neighbors and thus achieved his first formal salary.

“I remember telling my dad to lend me the lawnmower, so I would go from house to house on the weekends. For every garden I fixed, I earned about five or six dollars and I always spent it buying records from artists I liked at the time,” Alex said.

In other topics, the musician revealed that he is extremely excited, since tickets for what will be his tour for next year have already gone on sale, with which they will visit cities such as Dallas, Los Angeles, Florida and New York.
