- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.
- Complete and submit the ink request to the internal ink supplier.
- RFQ writing for estimation.
- Sending quotes to clients.
- Writing new and repeat orders.
- Creation of releases for shipping.
- Updating and maintaining client inventories.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide improvement suggestions to the management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Fluency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly. Detail oriented and precision is a must.
- Proficient in the use of computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Speak Spanish
