Vacancy: Wardrobe Assistant, Part Time – Walt Disney World

This is an opportunity to join the Disney team as a Wardrobe Assistant. In this role, you would provide specialized wardrobe services for entertainment offerings in The Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Cruise Line. You would make decisions in the moment to support the execution of shows, such as wardrobe repairs or deliveries. Responsibilities:

  • Label, dye, airbrush and perform shoe repairs
  • Basic hand sewing, washing, ironing, repairing and preparing costume lines for shows

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Willing to work with and around costumes made of natural and/or synthetic materials such as fur, latex and mylar

Preferred skills:

  • Costume experience in a theatrical or themed entertainment capacity
  • Experience with quick wardrobe alterations including hand sewing, button repairs, zipper repairs, gluing, mending and more
