Various users on networks have mocked a member of the Citizen Movement (MC) party after he made a mistake when giving a speech in front of several people.

The exact moment in which this happened was captured by witnesses who were at the meeting and later uploaded to the internet, however, within a few hours it began to go viral.
In the clip the party member appears speaking on a stand wearing a hat:
“In 2021, many changes began, we still didn’t even have a budget,” he was heard to mention.
The phrase that caused ridicule from Internet users was that he was wrong when talking about cancer:
“Samuel had already given cancer to women and children free of charge in the state’s hospitals,” he commented.

Users upon hearing this did not take long to express their opinion about it, most of them expressing the laughter that this comment gave them.
