Carlos Gómez was one of the nominated contestants in ‘The House of the Famous‘ last gala and finally managed to be saved. However, everything changed radically when he took aggressive behavior towards his partner Rodrigo Romeh and after hitting him he was expelled from the competition.
After his departure, the Venezuelan spoke with Jimena Gállego and Nacho Lozano about what happened and feels sorry for what he did: “I give this message to his (Romeh’s) family. I apologize to his family, to the water team. It was a lesson, a before and after for Carlos Gómez who found himself in an extreme situation.”
In turn, Carlos explained that he has not yet finished accepting that his life is back to what it was before: “There is still isolation, the issue of returning to reality, I am processing it. It has been very fast but always from the beautiful side.”
Gómez took advantage of being able to express himself to recognize that it was not right to attack Romeh: “From my experience I experienced it as a bad dream, as a very unconscious impulse. Nothing went through my head. To err is human and to recognize is wise and my message is that I feel very sorry, that is life. It is the soap opera of real life and that is the message that we must see, how we learn from every mistake that occurs in life.”
“I apologize for what happened, I feel very sorry for what happened, I paid the highest price which was leaving a competition when I didn’t want to. I hope you got something nice from me, I apologize, you have a friend here outside the house, enjoy the gamedon’t take anything personal. I want to emphasize that, dialogue is the best solution, there is the confessional. There is Gaby (the psychologist) who always helps them, I love them very much,” she said in front of the Telemundo cameras.
