The 27-year-old singer Lalisa Manoban, popularly known as Lisa and for being part of the band Blackpink, has invested just under $4 million dollars for a newly remodeled home in Beverly Hills, California.
It is known that the residence was recently renovated by House of Rolison, a studio run by designers Taylor Hahn and Amanda Leigh. It should also be said that this same signature rmodeled the house in Hollywood Hills, California, that Sabrina Carpenter bought at the end of last year for $4.4 million dollars.
It should be said that Lisa’s new house originally entered the real estate market for $4.2 million dollarsbut the singer managed to find a small discount.
House of Rolison bought the house last year for just $2.4 million. and then they invested in doing the major renovation that aimed to make it look a more modern style. The property was originally built in the 1920s, on a lot of more than one acre, and its Mediterranean style stands out from its façade.
The main house It has an area of 3,400 square feet Distributed in four bedrooms, four bathrooms, hallway, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
From the interior, its hardwood floors, stone floors and walls, exposed wood beam ceilings, vaulted ceilings, light fixtures imported from Italy, French doors and more. The kitchen has oak cabinets, marble countertops, a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances.
On the other hand, the master bedroom has its own sitting room with a river rock fireplace and a spa-like bathroom with double vanities and a soaking tub.
Additional to the main house There is a garage with capacity for two vehicles.
Outside there is green areas, terrace, dining room, pool and enough space to share outdoors with family or friends. At the moment it is not known if Lisa’s intention is to move to this residence or if it is a simple investment.
