Real Madrid continues on its way to the La Liga title after victory against Real Sociedad – La Opinion

Real Madrid achieved a narrow 1-0 victory against Real Sociedad and continues on its path to the La Liga title. The Madrid team took the lead in the first half with a goal from Turkish Arda Güler.

With this victory, Real Madrid is 14 points ahead of FC Barcelona with one more game. There are still five games left to play in Spain’s first division.

Real Madrid put out an alternative lineup against Real Sociedad thinking about the UEFA Champions League.

For this match, players such as Rodrygo, Vinícius Jr., Rudiger, Jude Bellingham, Federico Valverde, among others, did not start.

Carlo Ancelotti decided to opt for players like Dani Ceballos, Kepa, Joselu and Arda Güler.

Then they will return home for the La Liga match and next Tuesday, May 8, they will play the second leg at the Bernabéu against the Bavarian team.

For its part, FC Barcelona faces Valencia this Monday, April 29, at the Montjuic Olympic Stadium.
