Lily, a beautiful girl with white locks, is a student at one of the many institutions that train young people to become capable spies. Unfortunately, despite getting good scores on the written exams, she barely manages to pass her practice. With no real-world skills to speak of, her hopes of graduating from it are dismal, until she is offered the opportunity to join the mysterious “Tomoshibi” team and participate in an Impassable Mission.
Excited by the prospect of working with the elite, Lily enthusiastically accepts. However, she is speechless when she arrives at Kagerou Palace and Tomoshibi’s true purpose and her desperate situation come to light. Along with other troublesome spies and a mysterious young man spearheading the operation, Lily realizes this isn’t the ideal getaway she envisioned.
