The low level of the Mexican National Team and the choices and decisions of the coach Gerardo ‘Tata’ Martino are the hot topic in today’s sports world. There have been many voices against the management of the Argentine and a few who have supported him.
Among those who defend the Martino process in El Tri is striker Santiago Giménez, the last great appearance of Mexican grassroots football and who was already hired in Europe.

“Every player dreams of being in a World Cup, today it is my goal. It would be a dream to be able to be there and I will work to achieve it. If it doesn’t happen, the only thing I want to do is give everything of myself and that it doesn’t remain in me not to be there”, said Santi Giménez.
