Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen bought the home in 2004when it was still in pre-construction, for $7.4 million dollars. Six years later they decided to sell it for $7.7 million dollarsat that time the happy buyer was developer Ian Bruce Eichner, of Continuum.
Since 2017, Eichner has been trying to sell the residence inside the luxury One Morton Square building. He initially expected to receive $25 million dollars for the place.but the lack of interested parties caused the price to be reduced.
The reason why it cost so much to sell the apartment is unknown, since it is a luxury home with multiple amenities.
It has an area of 5,725 square feet distributed throughout an entire floor of the building. It has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, wine cellar with capacity for 1,000 bottles and other amenities.
