Baby showers or gender revelations are one of the most important events during women’s pregnancy, due to the excitement of knowing what they have been caring for inside their womb for months, that is, a girl or a boy. so they resort to holding these celebrations in the company of their loved ones.
That is why, in a very original way and without being a human being, the Guadalajara Zoo organized a baby shower for “Juana”, one of its pregnant giraffes.

Through its Instagram account, the zoo announced the news, and also shared a series of images showing Juana in her sweet wait, while she eats the food enrichment they designed to ensure her health during this period.
The food was placed in boxes, one blue and the other pink, alluding to whether the calf is male or female.
“We are delighted to announce that Juana, one of our beloved giraffes, is about to welcome her beautiful calf. To celebrate this unique moment, we have prepared an exciting food enrichment,” she reads in the post.

Likewise, they invited visitors and followers to guess the sex of the “baby giraffe.”
