To process this document you must request it online by sending your personal data and subsequently making a payment for consular services. The next step is to schedule an appointment for the interview and for the collection of biometric data (taking a photograph, fingerprints and signature). ). Although, on the other hand, the Citizenship and Immigration Service of the USA (USCIS) is clear that not all people are suitable to go through the complete process as established due to extraneous personal circumstances, which is why they make certain exceptions or modifications to adapt the process to the capabilities and needs. of each applicant.
An appointment for the interview is not mandatory or necessary for people under 14 years of age or for adults aged 80 or over, although they also reserve the right to request it if they consider it essential. This exception is due to age, however, there is also a modification they made to be inclusive and not affect the health of people with neurological medical conditions.
What is the blue appointment and where to request it in Mexico?
