After it became known that the businessman Guillermo Rosas faces a legal battle with the members of RBD for the alleged diversion of resources belonging to the ‘Soy Rebelde Tour’, Anahi decided to congratulate him on his birthday through his social networks, causing anger and strong criticism from his followers.
The singer uploaded a post to her Instagram stories in which she states that she has no resentment towards her former manager and that, despite all the controversy surrounding him, she wants him to have a full and happy life surrounded by his loved ones.
“In my book of life there is no room for resentmentI keep happy memories and quickly forget those that could hurt. Life is so short, we are passing through, time has made me understand it and from there I am grateful for everything, even the not so beautiful things. A free heart does not hold luggage, Happy birthday, I wish you peace, love and health always!”, was Anahí’s message to Guillermo.
To the publication, thousands of Internet users reacted by assuring that the other four members of RBD could have a distant relationship with her and that they feel disappointed by his words.
Anahí responds to the controversy
In a statement, Anahí mentioned that her heart is not full of resentment and that the purpose of the publication was not to hurt anyone and that she is not a person who holds a grudge.
“Numerous comments, notes and speculations have been unleashed as a result of a post I recently shared. In that publication I stated that there are no hard feelings in my heart and that I firmly believe in living in peace with everyone. I want to make it clear that I expressed it personally and I never intended to hurt anyone. When a friendship and affection of so many years is fractured like this, the pain is deep. “My way of healing is to let go of any resentment,” she said.
The singer made it clear that, like the rest of the members of RBD, she is interested in clarifying the legal situation.
“As for the professional part, I completely agree and have always agreed that the process should be followed with total transparency as we all wish. A thousand things can be said, but RBD is in my heart and nothing can take that away from me.. My conscience and my heart are at absolute peace. Sending love to everyone,” she concluded.
