The owner of the home, who has not been revealed so far, filed a lawsuit against the former Turkish player and now coach, alleging defects and damages worth 230,000 euros. According to information published by El Periódico de España, The rental contract in the first instance was planned to the 5-year contract that joined Turan with the Barcelona Football Club, however, the Turk left said property three years earlier than established.

The owner of the house in question expressed at the time that he was totally surprised by the state in which his property was left, especially by what he himself classified as ‘wild parties’ that, in his own words, were organized by Turan’s friends. in his absence: “They used the curtains as a sexual swing,” declared the owner to the aforementioned medium.
In fact, apparently when the Turk was present, the situation did not improve at all. The owner mentioned that both Turan and his friends left cigarette burns. everywhere and they even threw at least ten television controls, valued at a thousand euros each, into the pool in celebration of the goals scored on matchdays: “A thousand-euro controller! He even threw away about ten or fifteen,” said the owner, who was quite indignant.

In total, the owner had to advance the money for the repairs four years ago to be able to continue renting the property, and try to recover the investment that was necessary to make in order to recover the property, an expense that the owner now claims from Turan with a legal process that is still alive and ongoing.
