Considered by many to be the best soccer player in history, he remains stable and responds well to treatment for the respiratory infection he suffers from, according to a medical bulletin released this Saturday.
“Pelé has also had a good response to respiratory infection care, not presenting any worsening in his condition in the last 24 hours“, according to the bulletin of the Albert Einstein Israeli Hospital in Sao Paulo in a note published by the EFE agency.
It is important to note that 82-year-old “Oh Rei” was admitted last Tuesday in order to evaluate a change in the chemotherapy treatment that he continues against colon cancer, which was detected in September 2021.
