Camille Estephan, promoter of contender Christian Mbilli, assured that his fighter is ready to fight Saúl ‘Canelo’ Álvarez and believe they have done enough to deserve a chance with the undisputed super middleweight champion.
In an interview with BoxingScene, Estephan expressed that his goal is to face Canelo Álvarez and is convinced that if Mbilli Keep winning and looking impressive in every fight, sooner rather than later you’ll get the call.
“The truth is that we are waiting for Canelo. He (Mbilli) is ready for Canelo, we know it. All roads lead to Rome if we can keep winning, look impressive and prove that this is a real fight for any champion. Then we are on target.
