This Thursday, May 9, it was inaugurated a museum in Mocorito, Sinaloa, focused on the musical career of Los Tigres del Nortethe iconic Mexican band specialized in northern music.
The group was founded in Sinaloa in 1968and from that date until now they have broken several musical records, which are even more important because they are a band specialized in regional Mexican music, a genre that was not popular several years ago.
The space is called Los Tigres del Norte, Museum. The place brings together different objects, souvenirs and other facilities that They try to tell the history of the group in a very detailed way.
The museum It is distributed over two floors and has been under construction in the last four years.. Of its façade, its white color should be mentioned, which contrasts with the large black door. The main door was chosen as a reference to ‘La Puerta Negra’, one of the most iconic songs by Los Tigres del Norte.

Several media outlets were invited to the inauguration, but the band has also been responsible for sharing details of the event. “We want to express our deepest gratitude to the people of Mocorito for their warm and emotional welcome during the inauguration of the museum dedicated to our career,” they wrote on their Instagram account.
