Alejandra Espinozaa television host, recently recorded herself while doing exercises, causing a stir on her official Instagram account.
In the publication, the Mexican was seen wearing a black and green outfit, with which she stole people’s glances.
Some users reacted to this publication and that is why they left messages like: “Hey, where can you buy that vest”, “Thank you for inspiring us to run more and be more active”, “What a great body”.
But there were also those who were worried about how thin she looked and that is why they told her to watch her diet, since they consider that she is very thin.
Alejandra Espinoza talks about her anxiety
The television presenter recently spoke about how she struggles with anxiety, a recurring mental illness in some people.
During Alejandro Chabán’s podcast, he commented on how he has faced this aspect: “Anxiety is almost indescribable and very difficult to express to someone who does not suffer from it…”.
She indicated that being away from her husband Aníbal and her son Matteo for six years, for work reasons, affected her during that time, until she returned to Los Angeles and that “time bomb” exploded in her house.
“I didn’t realize until I returned home that I was lost, it was really ugly, it was really horrible, because I couldn’t find myself”said.
In this sense, he added: “I was very bad, I was always happy, and I didn’t know what I felt.”
Alejandra Espinoza added: “I had a horrible panic attack in Las Vegas… I was celebrating our anniversary with Aníbal, super calm… we were crossing from one casino to another and I thought I was going to die, I started to feel everything I was that it was a heart attack, my arms were tingling, a horrible pain in my arm, my heart was going to explode, I couldn’t even explain it to my husband… when I got to the bathroom, I started crying and I was asking God “Please let me see Matteo, I was lying in a bathroom asking God that I just wanted to see Matteo.”
In the conversation, the Mexican also said that it has been difficult for her to deal with criticism for her thinness.
She also took the opportunity to talk about the comments she received when ‘Nuestra Belleza Latina’ won and they belittled her for her intelligence.
“It bothered me when they called me ‘brute’ because it was one of the words that people said to me the most. When I won Nuestra Belleza Latina I was not prepared to work on television, but I was nothing stupid.”he claimed.
In the Latin entertainment industry, Alejandra Espinoza is considered a relevant figure, due to the charisma with which she has connected with the audience, but also for her versatility, since she is not only a presenter, model, but also debuted last year as actress in the soap opera ‘Corazón Guerrero’.
