LIBERTATORS CUP:

The 32 participating teams will be divided into a total of four pots of eight teams, according to its location in the Conmebol ranking. The new edition of the Copa Sudamericana promises a much higher level, especially with the return of the Argentine club Boca Juniors after a decade and that managed to win said tournament twice in 2004 and 2005, and is the top winner of the contest. The other Argentine representatives are Racing Club, Defensa y Justicia, Argentinos Juniors, Lanús and Belgrano.
As in the Libertadores, Brazil is the nation with the greatest representation on the continent, with seven clubs in its favor: Atlético Paranense, Internacional, Corinthians, Cruzeiro, Fortaleza, Cuiabá and Bragantino. The podium of presences is completed by Paraguay, with four: Sportivo Luqueño, Sportivo Ameliano, Nacional and Sportivo Trinidense.

Bass Drum 4: Alianza Petrolera, Real Tomayapo, Deportivo Garcilaso, Rayo Zuliano, Bragantino, Nacional de Paraguay, Sportivo Trinidense and Always Ready.
Because only two teams from the same country can meet in the group zone if the qualifying phases have arrived., the Argentine teams would be facing each other in the round of 16. Although to reach the second round they must first face teams from other nations.
Boca Juniors, Racing, Defensa y Justicia and Lanús should not face Atlético Paranense in the group stage, Internacional, Corinthians and Cruzeiro. Argentinos Juniors, for its part, will not have to face Fortaleza, Independiente Medellín, Delfín, Unión La Calera, Danubio, Metropolitanos or Coquimbo Unidos. While Belgrano will avoid Universidad Católica, Universidad César Vallejo, Sportivo Luqueño, Cuiabá, Nacional Potosí, Racing de Montevideo and Sportivo Ameliano.
